What is the cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

How many lessons will I need before I’m ready for the test?

The number of lessons depends on your current skill level and how quickly you learn. During your first lesson, we’ll assess your abilities and recommend a tailored plan to help you achieve your driving goals.

What do I need to bring to my lessons?

Please bring your learner’s permit, a valid form of ID, and any logbook or documents required by your local licensing authority. If you're taking lessons in your own car, please make sure it’s roadworthy.

How do I pay for my lessons?

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Payments are required in advance of your scheduled lesson. Please visit our Payment Options page for more details.

What should I expect on my first lesson?

On your first lesson, we’ll go over the basics of vehicle control, safety checks, and understanding the road. We’ll also assess your current skill level to create a tailored learning plan.

What should I do if I’m nervous about driving?

It's natural to feel nervous! Our instructors are patient, understanding, and trained to help anxious learners feel comfortable behind the wheel. We can go at your pace to ensure you gain confidence over time.

Do you provide lessons in different languages?

We provide lessons in English and Arabic. Please let us know your preferred language when booking your lesson.
